HOW TO: GET FULL LOOKING LIPS

I'M SURE YOU ALL HAVE LOVELY SMACKERS buuut sometimes, like anything, it's nice to accentuate them. This is little step by step way to achieve fuller looking lips naturally. Hope it helps. For the record I probably do this about once a year, I went out and bought a lip liner just to make this tutorial, reason being because I think you can get full looking lips purely through wearing a good lipstick with a bit of gloss on the top. Lip liner is a bit of a weird product in my view, but if you have one knocking around then maybe give this a go :)

Start with clean, moisturised lips. There's some weird hair on my top lip in these photos, apologies.

With a nude lipliner, start by making a V on your cupids bow.

It should look like this, don't worry if the line is really obvious, it will get sorted out later.

MAY FAVOURITES

WOW IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME since I've written, sorry about that. Manic times with exams, neeeaarly finished though! Here's a few things from the month of May which have been floating my boat :)

1. St Moriz self tanning lotion. I bought both the lotion and the mousse from TK Maxx and as a true St Tropez devotee, this cheap version has pleasantly suprised me. For £3.99 I was amazed at how nicely the colour turns out. It doesn't quite trump St Tropez because it lacks that special *glow* but for the price it's really great. Both the lotion and the mousse are easy to apply (with a mitt, mind!!! I did it with bare hands the first time having lost my mitt and I had Nigerian hands for a good 5 days...) and they smell no better or no worse than most tanners. As for the longevity, I got the same 5ish days worth of tan as I do with other tanners but unless you keep exfoliating and

THE BODY SHOP 'COLOUR GLIDE SHINE' LIPPY

HEY GORGEOUS GIRLS, I hope everyone is having a fab day. Another post between my rigorous revision sessions (something I'm completely new to...). Last week I popped into the beloved Body Shop and came across a new range of lipsticks. They're super moisturizing but with great colour pay off at the same time. I swatched a few and decided on the colour ''cheeky coral''.

The packaging is delightful, it feels sturdy yet nice to look at, and the lipstick itself is great. Seeing as the weather is being hormonal and the sun isn't on permanent show, I wanted a moisturizing lipstick to fend off the bitter windy days. This is it seriously!

BRONZED EYES

IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE we're having much of a summer in the UK so what better way to bring a bit of sun into your life than to play around with summer makeup?! I bought a single eyeshadow from The Body Shop with a voucher I had, there's no name for the colour but it's the lovely bronze one. I applied it with a damp brush because it brings out the colour that bit more whilst adding a metallic shine.

THE BODY SHOP VITAMINE E RANGE + DISCOUNT CODES

I RECENTLY BOUGHT BOTH THE moisture serum and the moisture cream in the Vitamin E range from The Body Shop and I've been using them for long enough now to write a full review for you. Before using these products I generally used random creams that were knocking about, nothing in specific. My skin sometimes felt quite tight after cleansing before I'd moisturized it. I'd not really paid much attention to a moisturizing routine though, I did it when I felt like it (not often enough apparently). ANYWAY I love these products, the serum is basically an extra form of deep mouisturisation which ovbiously you apply before the moisturizer. The lady in the shop told me to wait a good 30 seconds before applying the cream. I always add the cream to my morning routine but most nights before bed I leave it at just the serum because it's enough to keep my skin hydrated through the night without a product overload.
In terms of serums, I've usually understood them to have purposes like lightening dark pigmentationor reducing acne scarring etc, let me stress this cream does not claim to do any of those things - it's purely a deep moisturizer.
